AI-assisted video
Customer Service in AI Era
A talking-head explainer on customer service in the AI era — shot on a smartphone, edited end-to-end by AI, delivered in one day.
A talking-head explainer on what customer service looks like in the AI era — produced entirely through an AI-assisted workflow, from raw smartphone footage to finished cut in a single day.
Creative Process
- Filmed on a smartphone. The talking-head segment was recorded with nothing more than a phone camera — no studio, no crew, no dedicated gear.
- Raw footage uploaded to Claude. The unedited recording went straight into Claude as the working source material.
- Editing skills installed on Claude. A set of purpose-built skills was added to give Claude the editing capabilities the project needed.
- Claude performed the edit. Trimming, motion graphics, audio treatment, and the rest of the post-production pass were all handled by Claude.
- B-roll generated with Google Flow. Supporting shots were produced using Google Flow running the Omni model.
- Ready within one day. After a handful of revision rounds, the finished video was delivered inside a single day.
Why this matters for fast-paced teams
This workflow compresses a traditional multi-day production cycle into a single day, without a studio, a crew, or specialist editing software. For companies operating in a fast-paced environment — where training content, product updates, and internal comms need to ship quickly - it makes high-quality video a repeatable, low-overhead process rather than a project.
